Youth Mission Trip
Time & Location
About the Event
All students in grades 7-12 are invited to participate in this summer’s Youth Missions Week! (based upon your 2020-2021 grade in school) Between Sunday, July 18th and Saturday, July 24th, students and adult leaders will work together in small groups to accomplish many different kinds of mission projects around our community and our city. We also have several fun opportunities scheduled & some awesome worship services planned for this incredible week of missions!
Types of projects for this summer’s Missions Week include:
- Donation Sorting
- Yard Work
- Construction & demolition
- Meal prep
- Care Package prep
- And more!
Currently, the plan is for students and adult leaders to meet each morning at their work site, where they will spend a set amount of time working during the day. Then, we will have a break in the afternoon for everyone to head home for showers & prep before gathering together again for an evening event. We are also hoping to introduce a few new twists from last year’s set-up, so be sure to stay tuned for more details!
Here is an example of our daily schedule, but please note that all times are subject to change:
- 9am - students & leaders meet at their worksite for the day
- 12pm - eat lunch on the work site
- 3pm - work day ends; students & leaders back home for showers
- 6:30pm - students & leaders gather for evening worship
- 8:30pm - evening worship ends; students & leaders back home for bed
Upon completing this registration, you will receive an email from our Youth Pastor, Jayk Hinze, with some additional information about your participation in our Youth Missions Week this July.
