PROJECT 5000 STARTS FEBRUARY 16!
This is a wonderful way for your family to spend time sharing with others and sharing our love of Jesus.
On February 16 & 23 – After each service, bags will be distributed in Fellowship Hall with a list of non-perishable food items to purchase.
On March 1 & 8 – Before each service, filled food bags will be collected in the dining room next to the kitchen off Fellowship Hall.
Food will be distributed to food pantries at York Street UMC, State Ave UMC, Brecon UMC, Wesley Education Center, NEEDs and FACE. Last year we collected and distributed over 1.8 tons of food, a +5% increase versus last year!
We Are Looking For Volunteers to help distribute bags, collect and prepare food for transport, and drivers are needed to take food to the centers. All are welcome to help!
