COS Peace House Ministries and NAMI are partnering to present NAMI In Our Own Voice to change attitudes, assumptions, and stereotypes about people with mental health conditions. Our presenters humanize the misunderstood, highly stigmatized topic of mental illness by showing that it's possible—and common—to live well with a mental health condition.
We have specifically invited speakers that can personally speak to the challenges after the holidays and the impact of the pandemic on our mental health within families with young adults and theelderly.
