2011-2012 COS Kids Friday Fun Night

Register for great childrens programs!

• Friday Fun Night—Friday Evening (6:00-9:00 p.m.)
  This program is open to children 18 months - 4th grade. Kids play age appropriate games, have a snack and make crafts (6:00-9:00 p.m.). 5th and 6th graders are invited to help or participate! It is a night of fun and fellowship with other kids. Friends are welcome! The cost is $10 for one child, $15 for families of two or more, and $5 for friends.

  February: Snow Fun
  March: Easter
  April: Spring

Complete the following registration form to reserve your spot! Paper forms can be found in the main office.

Registration submission does not guarantee your spot. Susie Taylor or one of the Early Christian Education staff will e-mail confirmation of your child's registration. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation within one week of your registration, there may be a problem with your registration, please contact Susie directly (513) 307-1837 to confirm your spot.
